Accessibility Statement

YTT Secunet targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA on yttsecunet.com and the console. This statement lists what we know falls short today and how to reach us when something blocks you.

Accessibility Statement4 sections

Our target

We design and test yttsecunet.com and the YTT Secunet console against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the version the W3C published in October 2023. That covers keyboard operation, visible focus, colour contrast, text alternatives, form labels and error messages, reflow at narrow widths and target size for pointer input.

WCAG 2.2 added criteria that matter for a console used all day by compliance and platform teams: focus that is not hidden behind sticky headers, an alternative to every dragging movement, and sign-in that does not depend on a cognitive test. We treat failures against those as release blockers.

How we check

Every release runs automated checks across our page templates. We also test the main journeys (starting a trial, signing in with SSO, editing a policy, reading a receipt) using only a keyboard, and with VoiceOver on macOS and NVDA on Windows. Animations respect the reduced motion setting in your operating system, and pages reflow to 320 CSS pixels wide without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

These are the gaps we know about. Each has an owner and is tracked in our release plan.

  • Sovereign AI Index map: the world map of endpoints is exposed to assistive technology as a single image with a summary label. Individual markers cannot be reached by keyboard, so use the index table on the same page, which holds the same data and can be sorted and filtered.
  • Route animations on the home page and in the interactive demo: each diagram is described by a text label and the routing result is announced in a live region, but the step-by-step motion of the request is visual only.
  • Rego code editor in the console: syntax highlighting relies partly on colour, and some screen readers announce inline diagnostics only when the affected line has focus. The visual policy editor and the policy API offer the same functions.
  • Exported PDF reports: complex tables in compliance report PDFs can be read out of order by some screen readers. We will send an accessible version of any report on request.
  • Third-party pages: links to provider documentation and regulators' websites lead to content we do not control.

Contact us and response times

If something on the site or in the console stops you from completing a task, email support@yttsecunet.com with accessibility in the subject line, or call +91-44-4123-4343. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use, if any.

We acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days. If the barrier blocks a task, we give you another way to complete it, such as a member of our team carrying it out with you, while we fix the underlying problem. We aim to fix blocking issues within 30 days and report back when the fix ships.
