Pricing questions

What counts as a request?

One call to a YTT Secunet endpoint: a chat or text completion, an embedding call, or one tool-call round trip. Streaming responses count once. Token volume does not change the request count, and denied requests that fail closed are not billed.

What happens when we go over the included volume?

Traffic keeps flowing. Requests above the included volume are billed at $0.60 per 1,000 on Growth and $0.25 per 1,000 on Enterprise Sovereign, metered monthly. The console shows quota usage and a month-end projection, and you can set alerts at any threshold.

Does the price include model costs?

No. YTT Secunet routes to your own accounts with model providers and to your self-hosted runtimes, so token charges stay on your provider invoice under your contract and your data processing terms. We do not resell or mark up tokens.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is about 15% lower: $679 per month for Growth and $2,124 per month for Enterprise Sovereign, invoiced yearly in advance. Overage is still metered monthly at the plan rate.

What is included in the 14-day trial?

A production tenant on the plan you choose, with full routing, policy packs, PII guardrails and signed receipts on live traffic. A solutions engineer helps you point your first service at a regional base URL. At day 14 you choose a plan or let the tenant lapse.

Which SLA applies to each plan?

Enterprise Sovereign carries a 99.95% gateway availability SLA with service credits, and Sovereign Dedicated 99.99% with in-jurisdiction failover. Growth has no contractual SLA; current and historical availability is public on the status page.

How is Sovereign Dedicated priced?

Between $45k and $150k a year depending on cluster footprint, the number of jurisdictions with their own data plane, air-gapped licensing, and the support model. There is no request cap: capacity is sized to the cluster you run.

Is legal advice or a DPIA included?

No. YTT Secunet enforces technical residency and produces evidence for your DPIA, transfer impact assessment and Annex IV file. Your DPO and counsel remain responsible for those assessments and for the legal basis of the processing.
