What you will do

  • Lead architecture sessions with platform engineers, CISOs and DPOs: map their tenants, entities and model providers to jurisdictions, policy packs and endpoints.
  • Run production trials on Growth and Enterprise Sovereign plans, and scope Sovereign Dedicated deployments in customer VPCs and data centres.
  • Walk security and audit teams through the receipt format and run ytt-verify with them against their own Merkle roots.
  • Translate customer requirements into custom Rego with Policy Engineering, and make sure the customer's legal team can review it in the visual policy editor.
  • Support customers' DORA register of information entries, transfer impact assessments and DPIAs with technical facts about the routing layer, without giving legal advice.
  • Bring field feedback back to product as written proposals, with the customer evidence behind each one.

What you bring

  • Five or more years as a solutions architect, customer engineer or consultant on cloud or platform projects in regulated European industries.
  • Hands-on skill with Kubernetes, networking and at least one major cloud, plus enough Python or TypeScript to build a working integration in a customer session.
  • Practical understanding of GDPR Chapter V, outsourcing requirements in financial services and how procurement teams assess AI vendors.
  • Professional working proficiency in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe to customer sites for workshops and go-live support.

Nice to have

  • Experience with FINMA, BaFin or EBA outsourcing guidance, or with HDS in French health.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or Mistral deployments in EU regions.
  • French, Dutch or Italian at a professional level.
